The QuID System (Quick ID) allows law enforcement to quickly identify, via biometrics, persons at the beginning of the booking process before a record is created in a local Records/Jail Management System, identify prisoners in custody, and verify identity at release or prisoner movement. QuID can be customized to capture any specified thumb or finger sequence for searching in a local AFIS.
